Legal Disclaimer

1. Regulatory Compliance & Inspection Notice: All products are meticulously handcrafted in a private residential kitchen operating under Florida Statute § 500.80. Please be advised that our small-batch items are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. The premises are completely exempt from inspection, licensing, or permitting by state health departments and regulatory agencies. 2. Environmental Allergen & Gluten-Conscious Safety Shield: Our boutique home kitchen utilizes shared professional culinary equipment to produce all selections. Please be explicitly advised that our bakes may contain, or come into direct contact with, common food allergens including wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While rigorous cleaning protocols and strict scheduling matrices are rigorously enforced between production cycles to minimize cross-contamination, a 100% sterile or allergen-isolated environment cannot be guaranteed due to potential airborne flour and ingredient particles. Our wheat-free options are designed for lifestyle choices and ingredient sensitivities; they are not recommended for individuals with severe Celiac Disease, acute airborne gluten allergies, or life-threatening anaphylactic food allergies. 3. Order Fulfillment & Geographical Limitations: In strict compliance with Florida cottage food law, we offer seamless local in-person pickup and coordinated hand-delivery within our designated Land O' Lakes, Pasco County footprint. We also provide direct-to-consumer shipping anywhere within the state of Florida via the United States Postal Service or commercial mail delivery carriers. Please be explicitly advised that we cannot fulfill or ship orders to addresses located outside the state of Florida. Any out-of-state transactions cannot be legally honored and will be immediately canceled and fully refunded. 4. Freshness, Handling & Spoilage Responsibility: Because our artisanal creations are baked completely fresh using premium ingredients and contain zero artificial preservatives, they are highly sensitive to climate conditions. The buyer assumes full responsibility for proper climate-controlled storage and careful handling immediately upon pickup or hand-delivery. Mythic Chip Bakery LLC is not liable for spoilage or degradation due to improper storage once fulfillment is finalized.
